The angle of your penis is genetic. (In the same way that the shape of your toes and ears, etc. are pre-determined by genes.) A normal penis can "lean" and it's not a problem. You probably didn't notice it before because, like other parts of your body, your penis has grown as you've gotten older. This has nothing to do with masturbation and it will in no way affect your ability to perform or to father a child.
