Dear Not Shy,

There's nothing wrong with a girl making the first move. But, if the guy is "committed" then his is NOT AVAILABLE. To make a move on a guy who is not available is not a great idea. Here's why... If he says "No thanks I'm already committed," you end up rejected and feeling awkward. If he says "Yes!" then he has shown himself to be a guy who doesn't respect his commitments. If he would cheat on his girlfriend with you, what makes you think he wouldn't then cheat on you with someone else?
