As I sit in captivity,
I stare at the world
outside.
I wish for freedom
constantly.
I want a new beginning
To come to an old life.
I wish for time to tell eager
ears
Things I know and have
learned.
I wish for eager children
To want to hear my stories.
"You are young," they say.
Young people learn the
quickest.
It is time to start sharing with the
world
Everything I know.
