Dear Jealous,

I know it hurts that your boyfriend broke up with you. And it's especially hard to see him and his ex kissing and everything. I've been in that situation and I know how painful it is! But you have to accept the truth here... his ex gf didn't "steal him away from you." He chose to go back with her. For whatever reason, it was his choice.

I suggest you do whatever you can to avoid seeing him and talking to him. Give yourself the time you need to forget him. Get support from people who really care about you and do your best to move on.

I know you're upset now, but believe me, it will get easier.
